Using a PiCamera to detect user commands
We made a gesture-recognizing mirror using a Raspberry Pi, OpenCV software, and MagicMirror API. The goal of this project was to extend upon the smart mirror by adding gesture recognition with the intention of transitioning between pages in the mirror user-interface. This allowed for an end-to-end user interaction without relying on any physical touch.
